Your privacy - our newsletter
The newsletter of Necture GmbH (hereinafter, the “Company” or “Data Controller”) is published on the www.necture.com website (hereinafter, the “Site”) and distributed by e-mail – automatically and free of charge – to those who request to receive it by filling in the form “Subscribe” on the Site.
The Company, with registered office in Papagenogasse 1A – 1060 – Vienna (Austria), acts as the Data Controller of the personal data related to the User and any co-obligors (jointly referred to as the “Data Subject”) and can be contacted at the e-mail address hi@necture.com and/or dpo@necture.com.
The data requested and collected through the newsletter subscription form (only the User e-mail contact) will be processed for the purpose of promoting products and services offered by the Company and carrying out market research aimed at making promotional activities more focused on the needs, habits, and interests of the Data Subject.
The legal basis for such processing is to be found in the consent provided by the Data Subject by filling in the form and requesting activation of the newsletter service, pursuant to and for the purposes of Article 6, ¶ (1), lett. (a) of the EU/679/2016 Regulation (hereinafter the “GDPR”).
The data will be processed for the sole purpose of providing the newsletter service and will be kept for a maximum period of 24 months from the expression Data Subject’s consent.
The consent given by the Data Subject may be withdrawn at any time by submitting a written request to the e-mail addresses indicated above: if the Data Subject denies his/her consent to the newsletter service, he/she will no longer receive commercial communications, and related services.
The data may be processed by manual or computerized means, suitable to guarantee their security, confidentiality and to prevent unauthorized access. The data will be processed exclusively by staff and collaborators of the Company and/or companies expressly appointed as data processors (e.g. for technological maintenance of the Site). The data may be freely transferred outside the national territory to countries within the European Union.
The Data Subject shall have the right to obtain a full list of the subjects appointed as data processors, a copy of the data held abroad and to obtain information about the place where such data are stored by making an express request to the Data Controller.
To stop receiving the newsletter, the Data Subject may request cancellation of the service by sending a written request to the e-mail addresses indicated above. At the same e-mail addresses, data subjects also have the right to ask the Data Controller, in the cases provided for, for access, rectification, cancellation of personal data, restriction of processing concerning them or to object to processing (Art. 15 et seq. GDPR). Data subjects who believe that the processing of personal data relating to them carried out through this service is in breach of the provisions of the GDPR have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent Supervisory Authority, as provided for in Article 77 of the GDPR, or to take legal action (Article 79 of the GDPR).
